What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

As an opening special, and while we iron out all the kinks we are not charging for your first three deliveries in South Africa for orders placed on this online store for the month of September.  

Thereafter we anticipate the cost of deliveries to average R150 per order.

 

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We are using Payfast to process our payments. We accept Visa and Mastercard at the moment.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are processed within 2 working hours of receiving them, this means that order placed before 12 midday leave with the courier that day.

Orders placed after 12 midday will leave at 10am the following day.

Regional areas can expect a two working day delivery while out lying areas can expect a 6 working day delivery time frame.

What exactly happens after ordering?

We will be in contact by email throughout the process.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes you do  – it will be emailed to you and it will also be packed into your delivery.
